My passion lies in crafting the most delicious smoked cheese the Pacific Northwest has to offer, and I’m excited to share my journey with you!

Founded in 2023, Jon had a vision of enjoying cheese and crackers on the patio of his favorite bar, the Proper Pint. After a successful year and many inquiries of “where I can buy more?” Jon has launched his business that now allows for the cheesy goodness to be shared with anyone across the United States. Don’t worry, can still find Jon and his famous Firebeard’s Smoked Cheese at both Proper Pint locations in Woodstock and Multnomah Village.
